How do I request your services?
The best way to request my services is to visit the contact page and complete the Request for Proposal. I will then contact you to discuss your needs and to provide a quote. You may also contact me by telephone or email.
Where do you carry out your work?
I work from my home in Geneva, Switzerland.
How much will I be charged?
Work is charged on an hourly or project basis. I will provide you with a quote once you cave sent me a Request for Proposal. If you would like details of some of my fees, please email me for a price list.
How do I pay you?
Prices are quoted in Euros and any currency conversion will be taken from xe.com on the day of invoice. I prefer payment via PayPal.
What if I need a service not listed on your website?
If the service you require is not listed, please provide details of it on you Request for Proposal and I will see if it is possible for me to provide it for you.
When can I contact you?
You can contact me by telephone between 9am and 6pm CET (GMT+1) Monday to Friday and between 10am and 5pm on Saturdays. Once you have employed my services, we can discuss any other times that you may contact me by telephone. You can contact me by email or fax at anytime, but I may not reply until my working hours.
I live outside of Switzerland, can I still use your services?
Yes! That's the great thing about hiring a virtual assistant. Because I work from my home and am contacted by telephone, email, fax or instant messenger, I can carry out work for you no matter which country you are in.
Can I have a retainer on your services?
It may be possible to have a retainer on my services. Please contact me with your requirements.
Can I hire your services on a long term basis
Yes. My services are available on a long and short term basis. I can work for just one small project, one big project, or a number of different projects.
